SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Have a friend or two you want to start training with is a great way to stay motivated and keep yourself accountable. Our Small Group Training offers all the benefits of personalized one on one training in a small group atmosphere.  

MUAY THAI TRAINING

Known for its 8 points of contact(hands, elbows, knees and feet/shins). Muay Thai training is physically demanding and it requires strong discipline in order to be performed in the right way. Muay Thai with Shaun usually last  60-90 mins. During these training sessions you will be engaged in various physical activities like running, stretching before the exercises take place, bag work, shadow boxing, training with Thai pads, rope skipping, weight training etc. 

INTENSE FITNESS TRAINING

 Are you ready for a challenge? Try combining HIGH  INTENSITY TRAINING using your own bodyweight with the use of dynamic movements. Shaun's precision based fitness training speeds up your metabolic rate and boost your metabolism for up to 48 hours. Meaning your body will remain in fat burning mode long after your session has ended.
